We strive to deliver your Thread Co. garments as quickly and securely as possible. All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳ 80 (Standard Delivery within 2-3 business days).
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳ 130 (Standard Delivery within 3-5 business days).

Payment Methods

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all locations. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon the arrival of our delivery personnel.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If a garment does not fit properly or you receive a defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return delivery charge.

Note: We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit.
